PRISTA COMMERCE Ltd. was established in 2011 and registered as a company in the food industry, specializing in the production of sunflower kernels.
In 2025, the company was acquired by Cereal Docks S.p.A., an Italian industrial group engaged in primary food processing, with the strategic goal of expanding into the production of sunflower protein flour.
The factory is situated in the city of Ruse, located in the Danube Plain – the largest region for production of sunflower in Bulgaria, with the most favourable conditions for that.
The location of the factory is suitable, logistically, for road transport to Europe, as well as for container transport via the Black Sea port of Varna.
